What information does APCA collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form or become a donor.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive and credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database, only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and who are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

This policy outlines our step-by-step procedure for resolving consumer grievances as quickly and as fairly as possible.

If you have a grievance about your interaction with APCA, please follow the steps below.

  • Contact APCA by phone or email to discuss your concerns informally with agency management.

  • If you feel that the matter has not been resolved, please submit your grievance in writing to the executive director, who will investigate the matter and respond in writing within 30 days.

  • If you are still not satisfied with our response, you can escalate your grievance to external authorities, such as a consumer protection agency or regulatory body.
