Along with partners COFA Alliance National Network – Arizona (CANN-A) and Phoenix Allies for Community Health (PACH), we’re hosting the Pasifika Vision and Health Care Fair, which takes place on Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 1pm – 5:30pm location at the Twin Butte Baptist Church: 7202 S. 48th St, Phoenix, AZ, 85042.

-Blood pressure check
-Blood sugar check
-Eye exams and prescriptions
