Our Training Manager, Liza Merrill traveled to Washington, D.C. last month to accept an award on APCA’s behalf at the Health Equity Awards ceremony. The ceremony was held by our long-time partners, the Asia Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum (APIAHF).

APIAHF is the oldest and largest health advocacy organization working with AA & NH/PI communities across the nation, in the US Territories, and with the US‐affiliated Pacific jurisdictions. They provide policy and political analysis and research and data support to help  local AA & NH/PI communities have an influence on local, state, and national policy.
